Squeeze the oranges to get their fresh juice

Peel the banana into small slice and chop the apple

Place the banana and apple into a blender. Pour the fresh orange juice over them

Blend on high speed until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy

If the juice is too thick, add a little water or a couple of ice cubes and blend again for a few seconds

Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately while the vitamins are fresh!
